Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Sustainability Governance: Support the Director of Sustainability to establish the governance framework, policies, and processes to meet the objectives of NCS's sustainability pledge.
  • Environmental and Climate Action: Work with stakeholders to establish and track environmental targets and decarbonization projects, support internal environmental management programs, and perform data collation, analysis, and reporting for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3.
  • Integrate Sustainability into NCS Operations and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to embed sustainability KPIs and implement changes into our business operations, guide departments in strengthening environmental stewardship, and drive social initiatives that focus on sustainability, youth, and digital engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with system thinking skills.
  • Experience in environmental and carbon reporting standards, and in implementing e-waste, sustainable packaging, and other circular systems.
  • Good understanding of environmental sustainability strategies and operational sustainability concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations in Singapore and international environmental guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge in sustainability-related subjects, concepts, principles, and guidelines.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
