Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Delivery Specialist to join our Technology Project & Platform Delivery team at OCBC. As a key member of our agile delivery squad, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate agile ceremonies, support Product Owners in managing backlogs, and coordinate sprint deliverables. Your expertise will be instrumental in removing blockers that impede team progress and ensuring scalability and compatibility of delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams on agile values and principles, empowering them to become self-organizing and highly performing units.
  • Facilitate productive scrum events, fostering an environment where team members take ownership of their work and enjoy working together as a cohesive unit.
  • Develop creative ideas to keep scrum events positive and energized, ensuring a sustainable pace and consistent quality of deliverables.
  • Work with teams to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to our organizational expectations.
  • Help teams remove blockers and impediments, investigating and challenging ways of working to suggest improvements and drive continuous growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-13 years of relevant delivery experience in financial services, preferably in digital channels for Corporates.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology and development lifecycle, including SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery.
  • Solid technical background to guide engineers in building right solutions and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable communicating across different business divisions and levels of seniority within the organization.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to solve problems and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrate experience and ability to work in culturally diverse and geographically distributed cross-functional teams, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate ability to resolve complex problems effectively and creatively.
  • Self-starter with excellent servant leadership and team building skills.
  • Proficiency in conversational Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
