Job Description

The primary role of a Chef is to create and present high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

  • Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Follow established recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods to achieve the perfect culinary experience.
  • Presentation is key; chefs must present, garnish, and arrange final dishes in an appealing and visually stunning manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes with care and attention to detail.
  • Handle and store ingredients and food in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Training will be provided to ensure our chefs have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their position.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Shift work may be required, and flexibility is essential for this role.
