Job Title: Senior DFT Engineer

 

As a senior DFT engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation and analysis of digital test logic. Your primary focus will be on improving the testability of digital designs at both block and chip levels.

  • Design and implement digital test logic using advanced techniques such as scan logic, IJTAG, and MBIST.
  • Develop and analyze algorithms to optimize test pattern generation and verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital test solutions into complex SoC designs.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in HDL design languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL).
  • Strong understanding of UNIX/Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., TCL, Perl).
  • Familiarity with Cadence tools and ASIC design flows.

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Scripting experience (e.g., Python, TCL).
  • Knowledge of static timing analysis and failure analysis.
  • Experience with mixed-signal design and verification.
