As a seasoned Project Director, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clinical trials and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Job Description:

In this highly visible and dynamic position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of complex global studies or portfolios of studies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and timelines.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, risk management, and change management strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to project managers and staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the study are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and industry standards.
  • Cost Management: Oversee the financial health of assigned studies, ensuring that projects remain within scope and that any out-of-scope activities are identified and addressed promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or health-related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience, with a minimum of 5 years direct project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
