We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Tea Barista Expert at YOUTH SPRING SG PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages according to standardized recipes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly manner and manage customer queries efficiently.Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure quality and consistency.Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers in selecting their beverage based on preferences and dietary restrictions.Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain accurate records.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea bar area, including brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations.Ensure sufficient stock levels by monitoring inventory, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies as needed.Perform daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions.
  • Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Able to travel and assist other outlets if required.

Salary:$30,000 - $40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
