Aesthetic Laser Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Laser Engineer to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating aesthetic laser devices and related medical equipment used in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and medspa environments.

  • Installation & Setup: Install and configure aesthetic laser systems at client locations or in-clinic environments ensuring optimal performance.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair technical faults on a variety of laser platforms (e.g., diode, Nd:YAG, CO₂, Alexandrite) adhering to industry standards.
  • Calibration & Testing: Perform regular calibration, performance verification, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to clinical users on the safe operation of laser systems.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, IEC, ANSI) and implement laser safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs, technical reports, and maintenance records for future reference.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with manufacturers for parts replacement, upgrades, and technical bulletins to stay up-to-date with latest technology.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic or medical laser devices.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with ability to read technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations as required.
