Job Title: Curriculum Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team at HUA LANGUAGE CENTRE PTE LTD. As a Curriculum Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing curricula and teaching materials that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and design curricula and teaching materials in consultation with the Head of Department.
  • Participate in evaluation programs and work with staff to devise and revise the curriculum.
  • Ensure the curriculum is informed of any problems related to curricula and identify issues to assist in strategies to overcome them.
  • Organize and maintain curriculum materials in both hard and soft copy, and ensure they are backed up and secure.
  • Assist with the planning, development, implementation, and revision of curriculum in line with best practices and the Company's needs.
  • Develop program outlines and guidelines.
  • Identify new materials and resources and make recommendations to enhance the curriculum.
  • Prepare and conduct curriculum training sessions.
  • Write and edit content for advertising materials that promote the curriculum.
  • Prepare briefing notes and presentations on the curriculum as requested.
  • Work closely with all other curriculum development team members and offer practical assistance and support where needed.
  • Provide regular updates on the progression of work to the Head of Hua Language Centre.
  • Meet with Heads of Departments to assess their curriculum needs and provide updates on curriculum development progress.
  • Work with the Head of Department to identify curriculum development priorities and develop an annual curriculum development plan.
  • Integrate technology into the curriculum where relevant to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Perform any other curriculum-related tasks as and when they arise.
