Job Title: E-commerce executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an e-commerce executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, order stock from suppliers, and perform regular stock counts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling returns and refunds efficiently.
  • Pack and dispatch products during peak seasons, sometimes requiring manual handling of heavy parcels.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • No prior work experience is required; we provide comprehensive guidance and training.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Paint.
