Job Title: Director of Butler Operations

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional, ultra-luxury service to discerning guests. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of high-end hospitality and be able to lead a team of skilled professionals in providing personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of Butler operations.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of the Butler team.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and implement new ideas and initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • A strong background in Butler and Front Office operations.
  • An excellent understanding of luxury service standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with an additional language desirable.
