Job Title: Plant Nursery Team Leader
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Plant Nursery Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant nursery.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our nursery, while also driving growth and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in a beautiful area close to public transportation links.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in nursery or horticultural management, preferably with exposure to hydroculture.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of nursery operations, including plant propagation, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems.
- Leadership: Experience in supervising and managing nursery workers.
- Skills: Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in nursery settings, ability to prepare costings/quotations for projects.
