The role of a nurse clinician involves overseeing the clinical patient care activities and ensuring that they adhere to professional standards and codes of ethics.
">This position requires effective resource utilization, high-quality, safe, and cost-efficient standards, as well as promoting professional standards and codes of ethics.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Supervise nurses' clinical patient care activities to ensure adherence to professional standards and codes of ethics.">
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and promote a safe and efficient work environment.">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet patients' needs.">
- Develop and conduct educational programs to improve staff knowledge and skills, focusing on topics such as infection control, gerontology, and palliative care.">
- Bachelor of Nursing degree with post-graduate qualifications in Gerontology, Orthopaedic, Neuroscience, Palliative Care, or Community Nursing preferred.">
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting, including 2 years in a supervisory role.">
- Experience in ILTC settings is an advantage.">
- Valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.">
- Valid BCLS certification.">
