Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Registration and Communication: Handle patient registration, manage appointments, process phone calls, and respond to walk-in or email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage cashiering, and prepare submissions for insurance claims, Medisave, or other third-party providers.
  • Support to Medical Team: Assist doctors during consultations and procedures, chaperone patients, and potentially dispense medications under medical supervision.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure consultation rooms are prepared, manage medical equipment and consumables, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'O' level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma holders.
  • Skill Set: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
