Product Specialist Role Overview

As a Product Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert advice on our financial products. Your in-depth knowledge and understanding of our solutions will enable you to provide tailored product demonstrations, ensuring clients can visualize the benefits and returns on investment.

  • You will collaborate closely with our sales team to comprehend client requirements, create customized presentations, and provide technical product knowledge during pitches, RFPs, and client workshops.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product positioning strategies, competitive analyses, and go-to-market approaches to maximize market presence.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings within the fintech and financial services sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product specialist, pre-sales, or business development roles within fintech, banking, or financial software industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products, including payments, wealth management, trading platforms, lending solutions, or core banking systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, product demo platforms, and sales enablement tools is an asset.
