Job Description:

As an Ambulatory Flexibility Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clients' physical performance and overall well-being through the application of professional stretching techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and flexibility training.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mobility, flexibility, and muscle imbalances.
  • Develop and implement tailored assisted stretching programs to cater to individual client needs.
  • Provide education and guidance on proper stretching methods and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking progress and milestones.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients at all times.
  • Upkeep high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in physical training, massage, sports massage, or related disciplines is advantageous.
  • Strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and flexibility training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and assisting individuals achieve optimal mobility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
