We are seeking an experienced Landscape Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our landscape management team, you will assist in various aspects of landscaping, including project coordination, site visits, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quotes and landscape maintenance reports">

  • Deal with client complaints on site">

  • Manage assigned projects and coordinate tasks effectively">
  • Support the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress">
  • Collaborate closely with the Landscape Manager and report any updates or concerns">

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in the landscaping industry">
  • Strong English language skills, with proficiency in Chinese (to effectively communicate with clients)">
  • Dynamic, energetic, and proactive approach to work">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Possess Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp software">
  • Able to multitask, lead, and work independently">
  • Familiarity with horticulture or arboriculture is advantageous">
  • Polytechnic/WSQ Diploma/Degree holders or those with relevant certifications are welcome">
