Job Description
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing administrative tasks at our branches.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Issue invoices for various branches
- Update customer information on our internal database
- Support sales consultants by securing appointments
- Make outbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Keep customers informed about updates and promotions
- Be attentive to customer needs and concerns over the phone
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
This role requires strong communication skills and ability to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 'A' Levels or Diploma and above
- 1 year of relevant experience in service industries such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, airlines, and spa & beauty
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using computer and IT systems
- Able to work on weekdays and Saturdays
