Job Summary:

This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.

The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing the service workflow, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Service Appointments: Book appointments efficiently and effectively, working closely with the technical team and parts department.
  • Manage Service Workflow: Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery, from job completion to customer follow-up.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer concerns, conduct vehicle inspections, and explain necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Good organisational skills, teamwork, problem-solving, strong communication skills, and knowledge of car components.
  • Qualifications: Customer-focused, commitment to delivering exceptional service, and hands-on experience in automotive servicing and repairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and workshop DMS system.
  • Dealership Experience: Previous experience in a Dealership setting will be an advantage.
Additional Information:

This role requires a valid class 3 driving license and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
