B2B Sales and Account Management Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving learner acquisition outcomes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders, and sponsors from big enterprises and SMEs.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service.
  • Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction.
  • Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership.
  • Proactively identify cross-/up-sell business opportunities from the existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success.
  • Represent the Boston Consulting Group training program at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined, and maturity to represent Boston Consulting Group.
  • Experience in account management of local SMEs or sales of products/services to local SMEs, with a strong understanding of local SMEs' unique needs and challenges.
  • Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
