About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Director to lead our HR operations in Singapore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and policy management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in managing senior leadership roles. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organisational levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Leadership
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
    • Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
    • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance through engagement initiatives.
    • Performance Management: Develop and manage robust systems to evaluate, reward, and improve employee performance.
    • HR Policy Management: Create, review, and enforce policies that align with the organisation's goals and legal requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Organisational Development
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning.
    • Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Administrative Management
    • Lead the administration team to ensure seamless office operations and resource management.
    • Optimise administrative policies and procedures to enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Safety and Security
    • Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees and customers.
    • Oversee security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive initiatives to improve workplace safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and policy management.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing administrative, safety, and security functions is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all organisational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 150,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and optical coverage, life insurance, and retirement plan.
