About the Role:

  • The Service Advisor position is key in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle servicing experiences.
  • We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team and help us achieve our goals in automotive customer satisfaction.
  • This role involves managing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying additional service opportunities, presenting them to customers based on vehicle inspections, and promoting service packages and maintenance programs.
  • A strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology is essential for this role.
  • You will work closely with service technicians, parts department, and other team members to streamline the service process.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the training of junior service advisors and support colleagues when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications or technical training preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
    • Proficient in using service management software and office applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
