Chief Technical Strategist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Technical Strategist. This position involves working closely with clients to identify and address their complex technical needs, providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our technology portfolio and be able to articulate its benefits in a clear and compelling manner. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

This role requires the ability to think strategically and critically, as well as to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective technical strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients, while also driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology portfolio and its applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Design and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through regular communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of our sales strategy and process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Deep knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, provisioning, patch management solutions, and configuration management technologies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure and management solutions.
• Familiarity with key technologies in the DevOps landscape, including Linux containers, container management, Kubernetes, security, and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
