Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager Trainee to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the food and beverage industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, business or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations or management.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborating with chefs to develop new menu items and promotions.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, has high energy levels and a passion for working in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in management and operations, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
