Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process Engineer to support the commissioning and start-up of the Crux Project Topsides with a primary focus on Process Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan, schedule, and budget for all Commissioning & Start-up (CSU) activities.
  • Lead the integrated project schedule and ensure timely completion of CSU activities.
  • Identify and develop contracts for field services used in the commissioning of projects.
  • Purchase required commissioning spares and ensure Technical Integrity Verification (TIV).
  • Engage with Asset Teams, Project Teams, Discipline Engineers, Shell Technical Authorities, and other stakeholders to meet required CSU deliverables.
  • Ensure Technical Integrity and Process safety of all project systems through defined CSU process.
  • Monitor and manage completion of CSU activities against the integrated schedule.
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Integrated Test (SIT), and Inspection Test Plans for projects.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant industry.
  • Strong Communicator with ability to manage stakeholders and integrate between function disciplines.
