Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate electrical discipline engineering activities, including planning, definition, award, and execution of technical deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team on electrical engineering-related matters.
  • Contract Management: Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with client, company, and classification society requirements.
  • Communication: Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical discipline engineering, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience on a FPSO project is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proven experience in reviewing and commenting on deliverables from contractors, as well as strong troubleshooting, construction, and consolidation skills.
