Job Title:

Technical Solutions Engineer

  • Delve into current and new projects by implementing technical solutions.
  • Evaluate technical requirements to suggest suitable options.
  • Test and verify Linux systems in various environments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Apply patch fixes for hardware and software problems.
  • Ensure timely task execution, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction while maintaining quality.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed due to the nature of the job.
  • Visit customer sites for onsite implementation when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Manage, install, and troubleshoot Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • HA clustering, HA Proxy, BIND DNS, Apache, Nginx, LDAP, SMTP, NTP, NFS, SNMP, PRTG experience.
  • KVM, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware knowledge.
  • AWS, GCP, Azure experience.
  • MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL expertise.
  • Cloud/enterprise networking, security best practices, and switching/routing/firewall/VLAN/TCP/IP understanding.
  • OS/Application security hardening knowledge.
  • Linux shell/Bash scripting skills.
  • Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes proficiency.
  • Proficient in system design, installation, troubleshooting, automation, and upgrades.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
