Job Summary:

We are seeking an expert in validation engineering to support our projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commissioning and qualification processes, as well as experience in thermal mapping and sampling consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the generation and review of commissioning and qualification protocols.
  • Coordinate and track commissioning and qualification activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays related to commissioning and qualification processes.
  • Manage commissioning and qualification activities related to HVAC systems, bioutilities, and thermal mapping.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in commissioning and qualification activities within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Hands-on experience with the commissioning and qualification of site facilities, HVAC, utilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Experience in thermal mapping and sampling consultancy.
  • Experienced with autoclaves, Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), and VBEs.
  • Familiarity with CTU activities and Ellab monitoring systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
