As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project cost budgets, track changes in design and construction work, and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Source and liaise with site personnel, suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants, and architects for all project-related matters.
  • Claims and Variations: Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and sub-contractor progress claims.
  • Contract Management: Work closely with the project team to analyze, evaluate, and negotiate quotations to ensure timely award of sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely finalization of main contracts and sub-contracts.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide support in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the project team.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying, or Facilities/Building-related with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Have a positive working attitude, be proactive and meticulous in work, possess strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work as a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
