Gift Processing Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous part-time staff to process and pack our delightful gifts. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Receiving and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Verifying the accuracy of received goods and putting away items in designated locations.
  • Stock Taking: Conducting regular stock takes to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date.
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Additional Tasks: Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable using computers for order processing and inventory management
  • Air conditioned environment
  • Flexible with timing
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday shifts
  • 10am-2pm working hours
  • Woodlands location
