Production Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Staff Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing testing and be able to lead a team to improve processes and efficiency. Responsibilities will include developing and driving action plans for test Total Technical Time (TTT) for all products, resolving test hardware and software issues, and providing training to Test Engineering Assistants or Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Equipment Management: Maximize test equipment uptime capacity for production requirements.
- Test Systems Development: Modify, install, and improve test systems and procedures.
- Cost Control: Control costs and forecast budget expenditures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation systems.
- Team Participation: Participate in employee involvement teams.
- Degree Holders in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Production Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience, with 12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing testing environments, and at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory roles for those interested in managerial positions.
