Flight Operations Team Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management and Safety Oversight: Direct and ensure adherence to strict safety protocols and performance standards in training and operations.
- Operational Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed flight plans according to best practices and industry documentation.
- Maintenance and Technical Assurance: Oversee aircraft airworthiness, guaranteeing maintenance meets the highest standards.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate operational records and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aviation regulations, and laws.
Requirements:
- Regulatory Certifications: Possess a valid Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) Multi-rotor, up to 25kg.
- Technical Competency: Proficiency in flight planning tools, mission software, and UAS platforms used by the organisation.
- Operational Readiness: Ability to manage end-to-end field operations, including TOLP setup, crew briefings, and stakeholder communication.
