DBS Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP, Team Lead, Credit Operations, Consumer Banking Group, Technology. This role will be responsible for leading a team of credit operations professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of credit processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of credit operations professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Credit Operations: Oversee the end-to-end credit operations process, including loan origination, credit assessment, and loan servicing.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams, including credit risk, loan operations, and technology, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in credit operations, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
