Job Title: Portfolio Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Development Manager to lead our portfolio across the Asia Pacific Zone.

This strategic position requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive portfolio positioning and market success.

  • Evaluate and optimize the sellability and orderability of our portfolio across all relevant Asia Pacific Zone locations.
  • Understand and influence the portfolio roadmap by consolidating and prioritizing customer requirements from various channels.
  • Conduct market and product intelligence, collect competitor information, trends, and technologies, and analyze product lifecycle data to position the portfolio.
  • Manage product-specific quality topics and escalate quality issues to drive quality actions and delivery prioritizations.
  • Ensure portfolio safety and recall topics are addressed.
  • Support pilot customers and proof-of-concept projects for new products.
  • Maintain product conformity with region-specific regulatory topics, technical standards, certification, and licenses.
  • Handle and address intellectual property protection issues and grey channel cases.
