We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects. Job Summary:

This role will involve overseeing the execution of major infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and at least 10 years of experience in a senior management capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • To lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff to achieve project goals
  • To develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • To monitor and control project costs, including procurement and contractual arrangements
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates, technical documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management capacity, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
