Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects independently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee project operations, including coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and other relevant legislation and requirements in the contract.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Familiarity with building plans submission procedures and approvals.
  • Valid Class 3 license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
