Operations Manager Warrant Enforcement and Violation Management
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing warrant operations, handling queries from the public, and compiling and presenting weekly and monthly statistics. You will also be responsible for liaising with external agencies and private organizations to gather information on warrant offenders, investigating and responding to appeals and feedback, and formulating and implementing plans to enhance operational workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Oversee warrant operations and handle public inquiries
- Compile and present weekly and monthly warrant statistics
- Liaise with external enforcement/government agencies and private establishments/organizations
- Investigate and respond to appeals/feedbacks and calls received
- Formulate and implement plans to enhance operational workflow efficiency and effectiveness
- Knowledge in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in enforcement, legal, or service industry
- 2 years in supervisory capacity advantageous
- Experience in process improvement and service design, implementation of complex business systems an added advantage
- Positive attitude, able to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, excellent command of English language
- Enjoy meeting people, possess flair for customer service
- Good analytical, communication (verbal and written), and leadership skills
- Team player, resourceful, analytical, self-motivated, confident
- Class 3 driving licence an advantage
