Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team.

The role of a Service Technician involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent electrical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
    • - Troubleshoot issues with equipment and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • - Conduct repairs and replacements as needed to get equipment back up and running.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • - Install and commission newly sold equipment, ensuring proper configuration and functionality according to customer requirements.
    • - Provide weekly updates to the Manager on service activities, customer issues, and equipment status.

A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Inexperienced candidates are welcomed.

This position requires a strong understanding of Electrical principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills.
