AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians in maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that all scheduled maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical drawings and activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and fabricate machinery, jigs, and fixtures to improve production processes.
  • Train and develop technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
  • Manage subordinate attendance to meet daily work requirements.
  • Recommend replacements for turnover and new additions to the team.
Requirements:
  • ITE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of PLC systems
  • Possession of Singapore PUB Electrical License is advantageous
  • Experience in safety activities
