The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of tunnels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project timelines and budgets;
  2. Coodinating with various government and utility authorities for site clearance and setup;
  3. Supporting traffic and utility restoration and direction planning;
  4. Planning, scheduling, and monitoring work progress at site;
  5. Maintaining quality control and ensuring adherence to safety regulations;
  6. Preparing and submitting reports as required;
  7. Ensuring safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented;
  8. Liaising with consultants and subcontractors;
  9. Supervising and monitoring site labor forces and subcontractors;
  10. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site;
  11. Preparing submittal logs and notifying project managers of potential schedule impacts.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, minimum 3 years of experience in tunnel construction, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, contract administration, scheduling, and safety regulations is essential.
