Job Opportunity

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive traffic and increase sales in the mall. Your role will involve conceptualising and planning marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer experience through well-planned promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Develop and execute all marketing campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, ensuring effective communication and publicity of the initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and maintain a strong social media presence, identifying trends and insights to optimise marketing spend.
  • Work closely with tenants on promotions and events, providing marketing assistance as needed.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Manage casual leasing spaces to achieve healthy take-up rates and meet business targets.
  • Oversee and train customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications within a retail environment.
  • Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Creative, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task are required traits.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
