Service Associate

We are seeking a Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working in various locations including One North, Mapletree Business City, IOI Central Boulevard, and Geneo. The working hours are from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on Mondays to Thursdays.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare and serve food in accordance with company standards
  • Cook and mix rice as required
  • Assist with kitchen preparation work and mise en place
  • Conduct stock-taking and replenish ingredients as needed
  • Clean and maintain all used service and kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Sweep and mop floors as required
