Job Title: Audio Visual Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Solutions Expert to join our team. As an AV Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for managing and supporting audio visual solutions, including digital signage, LED video walls, smart office systems, IPTV, and AV network infrastructure.

This role involves coordinating with internal teams, technology partners, and external contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects and outstanding customer service. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the planning, management, and monitoring of project timelines, changes in scope, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting and producing schematic and technical AV drawings
  • Planning, managing, and monitoring project timelines, changes in scope, and ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Preparing and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and project documentation
  • Oversighting installation, testing, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting of AV systems
  • Delivering engaging product demos and end-user training on deployed solutions
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals
  • Researching and evaluating new AV technologies to enhance our offerings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma required
  • Preferably with background in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual and industry experience

Additionally, you should have:

  • Pro-active with a willing to learn and can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently in fast-moving and challenging environments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and basic networking knowledge are a plus
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
