Procurement Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a skilled procurement clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify contractor insurance certificates against contract requirements and obtain necessary changes from insurance agents.
  • Enter data from contracts and certificates of insurance into the Contractor Data Management System (CDMS).
  • Enroll contractor companies in the CICI drug and alcohol testing consortium.
Accounts Payable Duties:
  • Maintain open invoices and paid bills, including documentation and support for each transaction.
  • Date stamp, distribute, and match incoming vendor invoices with purchase orders (excluding tax payments).
  • Code all accounts payable vouchers according to accounting policies.
Additional Tasks:
  • Schedule payments and ensure timely completion.
