Project Execution and Engineering Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Execution and Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of engineering solutions in semiconductor or cleanroom environments.

This role involves both chemical and electrical systems, including tool utilities and ultra-pure piping installations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and updating detailed work progress and construction schedules.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
  • Reviewing technical drawings (GA, schematic, PFD) and assisting in creating isometric and P&ID layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Preparing BOQs, submitting engineering documentation, and applying for PTWs.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in tracking project scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and health standards.
  • Overseeing electrical systems installation, including wiring, power distribution, and control systems for tools and utilities.
  • Collaborating on integration of chemical and electrical systems for seamless operation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in microelectronics, semiconductor, cleanroom, or fab construction.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of ultra-pure piping (UHP), chemical & waste systems, slurry systems, bulk/specialty gases, UPW, drains, exhaust, and electrical utilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
