Physiotherapist Job Description

This is a vital role within our healthcare team, addressing physical challenges and limitations associated with ageing.

  • Evaluate clinical history and conduct client assessment for the participant, including physical, impairment-based assessment and relevant outcome measures.
  • Develop client-centred and SMART goals, treatment plans and implement these plans for participants and caregivers.
  • Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions and client education based on assessment, including functional mobility training.
Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct or supervise individual and group physical activity and exercise programmes.
  • Conduct education and training for caregivers.
  • Conduct home therapy as required.
  • Assist in implementing new clinical services/therapy.
  • Maintain documentation of participant's progress and outcomes of care.
