Global Supply Chain Manager

The Global Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in leading the supply planning process, ensuring global capacity alignment to meet business demands. This position requires strong experience in supply planning, production capacity modeling, and stakeholder collaboration across a matrixed global environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Brand & Regional planning to develop long-range capacity plans based on LRP forecasts.
- Own the supply signal to ensure product supply groups have a single source of forecast for decision-making.
- Translate MFP forecasts into capacity allocation, material type, and validate through critical GTM milestones.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to create seasonal buy plans, optimize global PO placement schedules, and set buy strategies.
- Drive capacity risk assessments, identify mitigation actions, and resolve with regional planning teams.
- Work with material planning to define material propositions that optimize lead times while balancing liability risks.
- Partner with Brand Planning to align and govern buy strategies, prioritize regions and products under constraint situations, and coordinate governance buy execution.
- Communicate capacity and production planning updates to regions and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or operations management.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on capacity and production planning.
- Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, and JDA.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
