Business Valuation Expertise

At our organisation, the Business Valuation team combines in-depth knowledge with a practical approach to provide support during financial reporting, transactions, restructuring, and disputes.   • Prepare proposals for internal and external clients.
  • Conduct valuations of businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, etc., for financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, dispute resolution, restructuring, and litigation support.
  • Carry out market and industry research.
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external clients together with manager and partner.
  • Develop financial models and assist in financial modelling or financial model review assignments.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, presentation decks, and review memos that meet both internal and external clients' requirements.
  • Assist in business development activities.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Demonstrated basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in field of valuation.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise shifting workloads.
