Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to serve as a Fairy Godmother's Apprentice or Pirate, transforming guests into princesses, knights, and pirates.

Your responsibilities will include completing transformations to the highest standard using correct techniques for hair styling, nail painting, and makeup application. You will also be expected to support various retail locations by selling ship and island merchandise, which may include specialty items, duty-free products, jewelry, perfumes, and makeover experiences.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop floor, display areas, stockrooms, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked are crucial aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months of retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for Disney products, characters, and storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to embody the roles of Fairy Godmothers Apprentice or Pirate for extended periods
