Leading Finance Executive

OPay is seeking an experienced finance executive to oversee its financial operations and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience working for top-notch investment banks or technology corporations.
The CFO will be responsible for leading the listing process, establishing financial rules that adapt to the company's development, and tracking and analyzing financial indicators and budgets.
The candidate should have solid knowledge and practice of leading the IPO process, as well as experience in M&A deals and US stock listings.
Strategic thinking, outstanding influential and negotiation skills are required, along with a global mindset and cross-culture leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor degree in finance and economics or above.
- 10+ years experience working for top notch investment banks or technology corporations.
- Solid knowledge and practice of leading the IPO process, and successfully led deals of M&A (including pre- and post-investment management) and US stock listing.
- Experience as CFO or Chief Investment Officer in US-listed fin-tech companies are highly preferred.
- Strategic thinking, outstanding influential and negotiation skills.
- Global mindset and cross-culture leadership capabilities.
