As a Senior Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within our Post-acute and Continuing Care (PACC) team.

The PACC team is comprised of physicians with postgraduate training in family medicine, geriatric medicine or internal medicine, providing inpatient care to patients that require sub-acute care or rehabilitative care after an acute illness or surgery.

You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of nurses and allied health professionals to provide holistic care to our patients. This includes working closely with community health service providers to enable care-reintegration into the community.

  • We are seeking a candidate who can provide inpatient care within the PACC team for patients requiring sub-acute or rehabilitative care after an acute illness or surgery.
  • Candidates must possess a basic Medical Degree and postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
